Born in January 1949 I grew up on a farm until moving to London and senior school at eleven, which I left at fifteen and a couple of years after joined the Royal Navy, where I spent eight years going around the world, collecting life experiences.
I enjoy music, especially, R&B, Soul, Jazz, and Motown and have a large collection – I am an avid supporter of Arsenal FC – I enjoy Reading, both fiction and biographies and now Writing, which I took up three years ago after writing various chapters of Micky in my head over the previous twenty years.
One day at the beginning of 2021 I bought a book from Amazon called “Writing without a parachute” a new laptop with MS Word and started putting all the experiences and imaginings into a story and ended up with – “Micky – Adventures on The Grey Funnel Line”. A sexy action-adventure story set against the backdrop of life in the Royal Navy.
